I am Nidhi Sharma, a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York, and a 500-hour trained yoga teacher from the Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation. My own path to wellness was not straightforward—it was filled with challenges, self-doubt, and frustration. Like many, I struggled with unhealthy habits and digestive discomfort, despite trying countless diets, therapies, and workouts. I understand the pain of feeling unfulfilled, battling low energy, and living with chronic gut issues. But through persistence, self-love, and a deep connection with nature, I discovered the keys to vibrant health and lasting vitality.
