I am Nidhi Sharma, a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York, and a 500-hour trained yoga teacher from the Krishnamacharya Healing Yoga Foundation. My passion is to empower you to heal your gut and transform your life through natural, sustainable, and integrative practices that nurture your mind, body, and soul.
My own path to wellness was not straightforward—it was filled with challenges, self-doubt, and frustration. Like many, I struggled with unhealthy habits and digestive discomfort, despite trying countless diets, therapies, and workouts. I understand the pain of feeling unfulfilled, battling low energy, and living with chronic gut issues. But through persistence, self-love, and a deep connection with nature, I discovered the keys to vibrant health and lasting vitality.
